Dance Talent Founder & Teacher
Miss Sue has been dancing since the age of 3 and is classically trained. At 16 she attended Preston Dance College where she studied professional Dance. At this time she also worked as a dance teaching assistant for Christine Clarkson in Leyland. At the age of 19 she graduated from Preston Dance College to pursue a career in professional dance.
As part of her professional dance career Sue travelled to the Falklands and Northern Ireland to entertain the troops. She has worked on P&O and Princess Cruise liners, several Pantomimes throughout the country. Up to 2002 Sue travelled the world with Spirit of the Dance as lead dancer with Spirt Productions. At the age of 28 Sue decided to come home and start a family. She now has two children Dylan and Sasha. In 2005 She formed a partnership with the late Christine Clarkson and this was the start of DanceTalent.
This company has grown from strength to strength now providing Breakfast, After school clubs and holiday workshops. Sue holds a Government Accredited Street Dance Qualification and has recently gained her Exercise To Music Certificate. Over the past 2 years Sue has had the opportunity to Choreograph for ITV and CBBC! Sue also choreographs for corporate and charity events and flash mobs. Sue also appeared on the latest series of ITV’s ‘Cold Feet’ as a dancer.
